i adored the attention to detail i saw! the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! staff were helpful. the location on maximilianstrasse cannot be beat, especially due to close proximity to the city center.
the mini-bar was never refilled . used glasses were left unwashed, or taken away and never replaced. i found a few switches in the room to be defective, annoying.

the room i stayed in smelled like stale cigarettes. also there were no usb ports available in the room for charging my devices. i found this inconvenient.
